In 2020 I wrote about Atlantic Canada’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites for the annual Saltscapes Food & Travel edition. In 2021 I completed the task by profiling Atlantic Canada’s UNESCO certified Biosphere Reserves and Geoparks.
