Kenyan Wildlife – Photos from Game Drives in Four Different Parks
This is a gallery I put together of Kenyan wildlife photos taken on a recent Adventures Abroad trip to that country. It includes photographs from Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Lake Nakuru National Park, Masai Mara Reserve and Nairobi National Park. I hope this inspires the reader to go ‘on safari’.
Here are a number of photos from our trip to Egypt including the Pyramids, Abu Simbel and the Valley of the Kings among other places. Enjoy!
Saskatchewan – Land of Living Skies
My son Dale and I recently spent a week in Saskatchewan on our annual RV trip and really had our eyes opened by what a beautiful place it is. Here are some of the better photos from that trip which featured the Cypress Hills and Grasslands National Park among other places.
In October 2015 we took a trip to the Dalmatian Coast with Pedal and Sea Adventures. We cycled and sailed between the the islands of this idyllic coast as well as stopping in the amazing cities of Split and Dubrovnik at the beginning and end of the tour. Unfortunately the visit to Korcula and […]
Corning Museum of Glass
The Corning Museum of Glass is a visual feast for the eyes and should be on everybody’s radar who is within an easy day’s drive and that includes all of Southern Ontario and the Montreal area. Here are just a few of the amazing things I saw there in September, 2015.
Ireland Golf 2015
In August of 2015 me and seven of my best buds went on a long anticipated golf tour of Ireland. The weather was perfect and so were the course, the places we stayed, the Guiness we drank and of course the company. Enjoy!
Liberation Tour 2015
In April and May of 2015 we joined a group of 38 other Canadians on a tour of WWI and WWII battlefields on Liberation Tour 2015 led by John Cannon and Phil Craig of Liberation Tours. It started in Paris and ended in Amsterdam and was emotional, educational and above all a compelling travel adventure. Here […]
Barbados surprised me with it wealth of diverse things to see and do, its terrific Bajan cuisine and its very friendly people. There is a lot more to Barbados than just its beaches as you can see from this gallery.
Bermuda is one of the most photogenic places I have ever been. Between the incredible changing colours of the water, the pastel coloured houses (mostly) and the brilliant blue sky it’s hard to put your camera down. There is also an abundance historical sites that demand to be explored and photographed, inside and out. Enjoy […]
